LGBTQ+ Youth Stability & Belonging Initiative
Program Overview
The Prism Project is a program of The Unforgotten Initiative (TUI) dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ youth and young adults experiencing displacement, housing instability, family rejection, social isolation, or other circumstances that place them at increased risk of hardship.
Our mission is to ensure that every participant has access to affirming support, trusted resources, and meaningful connections that promote safety, stability, dignity, and long-term well-being. Rather than duplicating services already available within the community, Prism serves as a bridge—connecting individuals to existing providers while offering consistent guidance, encouragement, and advocacy throughout their journey.

The Prism Project empowers LGBTQ+ youth and young adults by connecting them with affirming resources, supportive relationships, and opportunities that foster stability, resilience, and hope.
