Today, during Petals of Praise , we honor a woman whose life embodies courage, compassion, and unwavering service. Cecilia Ligons has transformed personal challenges into a  powerful mission of hope, dedicating her life to uplifting and advocating  for individuals and families affected by HIV/Aids through  Living  Without Limits Living Large Inc.  Her leadership, faith, and commitment to community have created spaces where healing , dignity, and empowerment can flourish. Through decades of service , advocacy, and love  for others , she reminds us all what it means to live boldly, serve faithfully, and pour back into the community. 

Today, we giver her flowers - not only for what she has done, but for the lives she continues to touch and inspire every single day.
