Raphael Moye is the Founder and Executive Director of The Unforgotten Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that no individual feels forgotten, overlooked, or without hope. His passion for serving others began in childhood and has remained the driving force behind his life's work.

Raised in the church and inspired by the example of his grandfather, a preacher, Raphael learned early that serving others is more than an act of kindness—it is a calling. Throughout his youth, he volunteered in nursing homes, participated in feeding individuals experiencing homelessness, and sought opportunities to encourage and support people who were often overlooked by society.

As a teenager, Raphael dreamed of one day founding an organization devoted to meeting people where they are with compassion, dignity, and practical support. That dream became The Unforgotten Initiative, an organization committed to restoring hope through programs that address isolation, housing instability, community connection, and support for vulnerable populations.

Under Raphael's leadership, the organization has developed initiatives including the Anchor Box Initiative, the Prism Initiative, and Heartfelt Mail, each designed to remind individuals that they are seen, valued, and never alone. He believes lasting change begins by listening, building trust, and creating meaningful partnerships that empower communities.

Raphael's vision is to build an organization that not only meets immediate needs but also creates pathways to stability, belonging, and opportunity for generations to come. His guiding belief remains simple: every person deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and never forgotten.
