Who Can Request Assistance?
Support may be available for:
- Individuals
- Families
- Seniors
- Veterans
- LGBTQ+ youth and young adults through the Prism Initiative
- Individuals experiencing financial hardship
- People experiencing loneliness or social isolation
- Individuals navigating difficult life transitions
- Caregivers
- Community members referred by partner organizations
Types of Support
Depending on available resources and program eligibility, assistance may include:
Anchor Box Initiative
Care packages filled with essential items and comfort resources for individuals and families facing hardship.
Heartfelt Mail
Handwritten \ store bought cards and encouraging correspondence for individuals who may be lonely, grieving, celebrating a milestone alone, or simply in need of kindness.
Prism Initiative
Support, advocacy, resource navigation, and community referrals for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults experiencing instability or displacement.
Community Resource Referrals
Connections to trusted community partners for housing, food assistance, healthcare, mental health services, employment resources, and other supportive programs.
Seasonal & Special Program
Holiday assistance, community outreach events, and other services offered throughout the year as funding and volunteer capacity allow.
